Stephen is the President, Secretary, and Treasurer of Garrett Insurance and has been in the agency since 1986. Stephen handles all lines of insurance, however, his main focus is on Commercial Lines. Bookkeeping, Human Resources & general office management are also his responsibilities. Stephen & his family are members of Impact Christian Church.
Bob is an agent for Garrett Insurance Agency, Inc. and has spent his entire career with the agency. After over four decades, he still enjoys working with people to tailor insurance products to their specific needs. Active in the community, he has served in leadership roles with the Rotavry Club of Kerrville, The Museum of Western Art, Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital, Schreiner University and First Presbyterian Church.
Linda is our Personal Lines Manager and has been in the Insurance industry since 1988. With access to multiple insurance companies she will research to find you the best combination of price, coverage, and service right for you and your family. Linda is experienced in Home, Auto, Life, Health and Commercial Insurance Products and is a licensed professional with strong customer and community ties.
Zabrina joined Garrett Insurance Agency in the summer of 2008. She is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent and is one of our Personal Lines Customer Service Representatives. Her professionalism and work ethic adds strength to our team. Zabrina works diligently and is committed to providing incomparable customer service to our valued client base.
Codi Haines
Codi began her insurance career in 2001, became licensed and joined G.I.A. in 2002. After working in Personal Lines almost a decade she has now become our Commercial Accounts Manager, in addition to assisting in the Personal Lines Department. She is keen to detail, works efficiently and she provides excellent customer service. Codi enjoys working with company staff and cherishes the working relationships she has formed with our clients over the years.
Kayo Setnan
Kayo is our receptionist. She is normally the first voice you hear when you call into our office. Kayo mainly help with payments and billing issues. Also, you may get a call from her “thanking you” for your business. Kayo is always in a great mood.
